Payment Methods
Bank transferPayment can be made to my account either online (via Internet Banking Fund Transfer options provided by local banks such as DBS & OCBC) or at any ATM with Fund Transfer options.
The account number will be sent along with the email confirmation of your order.Your order will be delivered only upon the receipt of payment.
If payment is not made within 3 working days after having received the email confirmation, the order will be cancelled automatically.
This method of payment is only applicable for local orders.
Only payments made in Singapore Dollars will be accepted.

I will do our best to accept all orders. However, this may not be possible due to the exclusivity of my merchandise & limited stock. In the event that your order is rejected, I ask that you consider purchasing other items displayed on the website.
Cancellation of orders
Orders, once submitted via email, are final. They cannot be cancelled after submission even if my acceptance or rejection of the order is still pending.Orders will be automatically cancelled in the event that payment is not made within 3 working days after having received email confirmation of the order.
Exchanges & returns
All sales are final & goods sold cannot be exchanged or refunded.
My merchandise is carefully examined for defects before shipping & protected by bubble wrap to prevent damage. Purchases can be exchanged only if they arrive broken.
In the event that you receive damaged goods, please contact me at support@AntheaNg.com within 3 days after having received your purchase. I will ensure that an exchange is made immediately after you return the item in its unused & original condition.
In the event that the purchase you wish to return is out of stock, you can exchange it for another item of a similar or higher value and need only top up the difference.
Initial shipping & handling fees will not be refunded but delivery will be free of charge in the event of an exchange.
Exchanges can be made only once with every transaction.

Parts are made from a variety of metal, glass, crystal, plastic, ceramic and resin components. I am not responsible if you have an allergic reaction to any of the components.

- Self-collection (local orders)I currently provide a weekly self-collection service at Kovan MRT Station (between 10am - 3pm on Saturdays). This will provide you with the opportunity to collect your order in person.Please note that your payment has to be cleared before your order can be collected.This service is provided free of charge.
- Standard mail (local orders)This service is provided by Singpost and is free of charge for local orders.Your order will be shipped only after payment is received.While your order may probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 14 days for shipping.Please note that I cannot be held responsible in the event that Singpost loses your mail. I personally weigh and stamp your order at the post office before it is delivered. If you would like to opt for a more secure delivery of your order, you may want to consider using registered mail (option 4).
- Standard mail (international orders)International orders will be shipped via airmail.Shipping will cost S$3.00 (US$2.10) for every item ordered.However, given that shipping costs will be waived if you order more than 5 items at a time, I suggest that you consolidate purchases with your friends and order in bulk together.Your order will be shipped only after payment is received.While your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 21 days for shipping.Please note that I cannot be held responsible in the event that Singpost loses your mail. I personally weigh and stamp your order at the post office before it is delivered. If you would like to opt for a more secure delivery of your order, you may want to consider using registered mail (option 5).
- Registered mail (local orders)Registered mail ensures the secure delivery of your mail as it is given a tracking number and requires that you acknowledge the receipt of your order.This service will cost you an additional S$2.00.Although your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 14 days for shipping. This is because additional time is taken for Singpost to register your mail before it is shipped.
- Registered mail (international orders)Registered mail ensures the secure delivery of your mail as it is given a tracking number and requires that you acknowledge the receipt of your order.Please note that this service can only be provided for recipients who stay in countries where this service is available. This service will cost you an additional S$3.00 (US$2.00).Although your order will probably reach you earlier, please allow up to 23 days for shipping. This is because additional time is taken for Singpost to register your mail before it is shipped.

If you have seen a piece of jewellery that you like on my website, but would like it in a different colour, or size, then please send me your requests and I will try my very best to make it happen.
Others
Postage charges are not refundable.
Gift boxes will be available upon request. (additional charges shall apply)
Please allow The Candies Land 3 days to reply upon order(s) made.
The Candies Land will not be liable for goods damaged or lost in post.
All order(s) are subjected to verifications.
